This is to officially acknowledge   the receipt of your email once more and it’s content was dully noted but unfortunately your request for your package to be sent first cannot be realistic because it is a standard official procedure of FedEx all over the world for all attracted charges or fees to be cleared first before shipment ,Any attempt for me therefore to act contrary will be seen by my management as a great misconduct,I could receive an official query for this.

Having said the above, You are here in advised to proceed and have the requested fees  sent as already communicated to us as soon as possible to enable us proceed with your delivery .Be informed that failure by you to make the funds available to us , will leave us with no choice than to have the package returned to source (The Lottery Board).We would not want to be held liable for any misplacement of Package.Due to the number of internet scam these days i understand if you are a bit skeptic about the whole issue but i really don't know how to make more stress that you have nothing to worry about.
